ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products. Key duties include building and maintaining client relationships, explaining policy details, processing applications, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a solid understanding of insurance products. Previous sales experience and relevant licenses are preferred but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
