ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kaitlin Scott - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency’s success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
